users send one of our electronic greetings, the information you provide to
us is used to customize your greeting with the names of the sender and
recipient and to deliver an email notification to the recipient. The names

does not share the names and email addresses of users of its site with any

hollah shoppers
Purchases made on hollah.com are processed through our
Ecommerce partners Bigstep.com and Cardservice International with software
secured by RSA Data Security Company. When hollah shoppers make
purchases we collect contact information (like email addresses) and
financial information (like account or credit card numbers). We use this
information to process orders and if necessary, to contact you regarding
the status of your orders. In some cases, a customer's contact information
is forwarded to a third party in order to fulfill the order. This third
party is not allowed to use the information that they are provided for any
other purpose than to fulfill orders. We
use Secure Socket Layers (SSL), the most advanced security system
available. When you use our secure checkout all of your personal
information including your name, address, and credit card information, is
encrypted into indecipherable bits before being safely transmitted across
the Internet. Our standard checkout process encrypts all information
before it is stored on our servers. These servers are not accessible on
the Internet and are password protected.

members and member artists
When you become a hollah.com
member, you provide personal information, such as your name or handle
(nickname), email address, gender, ZIP code and age. Because we are
committed to protecting your privacy, hollah.com will not sell or rent
your personal information to any third party. hollah.com does however use
the information to determine the overall demographic makeup of our
members, such as 15% of our members are women over 21 from the U.K.
This information enables hollah.com and our sponsors to provide
members with relevant information. When
you register as a hollah.com member, you also have the opportunity to
choose whether to receive promotional emails from us. The types of
messages we send include weekly special sales promotions from hollah
atrium shops, news about upcoming hollah events and giveaways.
Each of these messages will provide information on how to
unsubscribe from future emails.
Hollah
member artists submit contact information with their submissions. Member
artists indicate what information they want displayed on the hollah.com
site so that interested parties may reach them.
hollah only displays information that artists direct us to display.
The artists may direct hollah.com to remove this contact information at
any time.

order to enter a contest or promotion, you may be asked to provide
personal identifying information, and by doing so you agree that such
information may be disclosed to the contest's sponsor, whose identity will
be clearly indicated on the entry form. If hollah.com is the sponsor of
the contest or promotion, information you submit will be treated the same
way we would treat your registration information. Other companies who
sponsor or co-sponsor our contests and promotions may have their own
policies for handling personal information, and information you submit
will be subject to those policies as well. Although hollah.com encourages
third parties to adhere to appropriate privacy standards and policies, we
are not responsible for the actions of third parties.
